About Us

Spaghetti Works has been serving classic Italian dishes in a fun atmosphere since 1974. We currently have restaurants in three locations in the Midwest United States, Downtown Omaha, NE in the Old Market district, Ralston, NE on Park Ave near the Ralston Arena, and Downtown Des Moines near the Wells Fargo Arena. All of our restaurants include a full bar, large party rooms to accommodate any size party, catering services, and a full salad bar with wide array of salad toppings, dressings, and house salads. All three locations are open 363 days a year for your next party, family outing, or just a nice dinner out.

Our Mission

Spaghetti Works has held the same mission since opening it's first location in the Old Market in 1974.

"Provide great Italian and pasta dishes and experiences at a great price to all customers in a family friendly environment."

This mission statement has lead us to become a stable in our communities and a must try to for visitors to the area.

What makes Spaghetti Works different from your average Italian restaurant chain? Well we have a few items that we'd like to share that shows the difference, affectionately called The Spaghetti Works Difference.

Wide Array of Available Combinations/Dishes

We find that variety is the spice of life. That's why Spaghetti Works offers over 750 different pasta, sauce and toppers combinations and continually adds more options to keep things exciting. You could eat at Spaghetti Works for 2 years and still not have tried all the possible combinations of pasta, sauce and toppers if you ate one bowl per day! Why offer so many options? Well we know not all our customers have the same taste when it comes to their food. Some prefer spicy to mild, some prefer Alfredo over Original, and a big majority loves our beer cheese. We don't want to or see a need to limit anyone on choices.

Boundless Bowls (All You Can Eat Pasta)

We could probably save some money by charging for each refill, but that's a disservice to our loyal customers. If you want an extra helping of your spaghetti in beer cheese pasta, just ask and our servers will be happy to get you another plate. Spaghetti Works wants to ensure that no one ever leaves our restaurant still hungry. That's why any pasta dish comes with free refills, and a trip to our amazing salad bar!

Family Oriented

Spaghetti Works is a collective effort of a multiple families to serve your family. We know how much a dinner out can bring a family closer and create a lasting memory for you and your children. That's why Spaghetti Works always creates a family friendly atmosphere and on every Monday you can bring your children into eat for our "Kid's Eat Free" night, where with a purchase of an adult entree your kid's meal will be free of charge. We hope to see you this upcoming Monday!
